The Client is entitled to a sixty (60) day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, without the need to justify their decision or incur any penalties, provided that all the following conditions are met:

1. No User Content Submitted: The Client has not sent any photos or elements (“User Content”) required to initiate the creative process.

2. Creative Work Not Started: The creation of the customized work has not yet begun  ( the customer therefore did not receive an email informing them that we had started the creative work)

3. Gift Card Unused: The gift card has not been redeemed, either in full or in part.

4. Withdrawal Request Within 60 Days: The Client submits a withdrawal request within the 60-day period via email to myluxuryphotomlp@gmail.com

   
   

   Provided the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receiving the refund request and processed using the original payment method.

El Cliente tiene derecho a una garantía de devolución de dinero de sesenta (60) días a partir de la fecha de compra, sin necesidad de justificar su decisión ni incurrir en penalizaciones, siempre que se cumplan todas las condiciones siguientes:

• Sin contenido del usuario enviado: El Cliente no ha enviado fotos ni elementos (“Contenido del Usuario”) necesarios para iniciar el proceso creativo.

• Trabajo creativo no iniciado: La creación del trabajo personalizado aún no ha comenzado (por lo tanto, el cliente no ha recibido un correo electrónico informándole que se ha iniciado el trabajo creativo).

• Tarjeta regalo no utilizada: La tarjeta regalo no ha sido canjeada, ni total ni parcialmente.

• Solicitud de desistimiento dentro de 60 días: El Cliente envía una solicitud de desistimiento dentro del plazo de 60 días por correo electrónico a myluxuryphotomlp@gmail.com.

Siempre que se cumplan las condiciones anteriores, se emitirá un reembolso completo dentro de los catorce (14) días siguientes a la recepción de la solicitud de reembolso, y se procesará mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra.
