🇬🇧  We transform your digital photography into a unique work of art in Platinum and 24 carat Gold, hand-crafted with a traditional artistic development technique.

This handcrafted print , with an image approximately 16 x 23 cm o 19 x 19 cm (square), is carefully mounted on a high-quality mat board (passe-partout), in size 30 x 40 cm o 30 x 30 cm (square format), and comes with its certificate of authenticity.  Each piece is created on transparent ECF cellulose paper.

Once your order is confirmed, we will ask you to send us the digital file that will be used for the precious metal printing. You can do so through our upload form or the button at the top of our website.

As soon as we receive your digital file, we will process your order and begin creating your print.

Standard production time: 10 business days after receiving your file ( over 4 days of creation if all goes well !  And significant fixed costs related to precious metals )

The Client is entitled to a sixty (60) day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, without the need to justify their decision or incur any penalties, provided that all the following conditions are met:

1. No User Content Submitted: The Client has not sent any photos or elements (“User Content”) required to initiate the creative process.

2. Creative Work Not Started: The creation of the customized work has not yet begun  ( the customer therefore did not receive an email informing them that we had started the creative work)

3. Gift Card Unused: The gift card has not been redeemed, either in full or in part.

4. Withdrawal Request Within 60 Days: The Client submits a withdrawal request within the 60-day period via email to myluxuryphotomlp@gmail.com

   
   

   Provided the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receiving the refund request and processed using the original payment method.

Esta impresión creada manualmente,  imagen acerca de 16 x 23 cm o 19 x 19 cm ( cuadrado), se entrega cuidadosamente montada en un paspartú de alta calidad de tamaño 30 x 40 cm o 30 x 30 cm para el formato cuadrado, acompañada de su certificado de autenticidad.  Cada pieza se crea en papel transparente de celulosa ECF.

Una vez validado su pedido, le pediremos que nos envíe el archivo a partir del cual realizaremos la impresión con metales preciosos. Para ello, utilice nuestro formulario o el botón situado en la parte superior de la página web.

Tan pronto como recibamos su archivo digital, procesaremos su pedido y comenzaremos a crear la impresión.

Tiempo de producción estándar: 10 días laborables tras recibir su archivo (más de 4 días de creación si todo va bien !!!  y costes fijos significativos relacionados con los metales preciosos).

• Sin contenido del usuario enviado: El Cliente no ha enviado fotos ni elementos (“Contenido del Usuario”) necesarios para iniciar el proceso creativo.

• Trabajo creativo no iniciado: La creación del trabajo personalizado aún no ha comenzado (por lo tanto, el cliente no ha recibido un correo electrónico informándole que se ha iniciado el trabajo creativo).

• Tarjeta regalo no utilizada: La tarjeta regalo no ha sido canjeada, ni total ni parcialmente.

• Solicitud de desistimiento dentro de 60 días: El Cliente envía una solicitud de desistimiento dentro del plazo de 60 días por correo electrónico a myluxuryphotomlp@gmail.com.

Siempre que se cumplan las condiciones anteriores, se emitirá un reembolso completo dentro de los catorce (14) días siguientes a la recepción de la solicitud de reembolso, y se procesará mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra.
